Record data on the ticket

Recording the visit number, date, and department data on the ticket.

The ticket formats in the queue management system are:

  • Standard: The ticket displays the queue number, space/zone, department, and printing date.

  • Multifunctional: The ticket displays the number, space/zone, date, and a QR code. The QR code is used to grant the user access to the facility, only after the user has scanned the ticket (activated by the registrar) at the turnstile.
