Assigning an identification number

Assigning a unique identification number to a received customer. There are several formats for the identification number, which can be modified via the queue management system's administration panel.

The variations of the identification number format are:

• 0001 – Non-indexed queue number
• 5001 – Indexed queue number
• A001 – Indexed queue number with Latin letters
