A queue management system is a necessary product through which a queue of numerous users is organized, services are provided and priorities are determined. The WEBQ product includes such components as:
- Assigning a unique identification number to the received user
- Issuing a number to the user in printed form using a special printer
- Recording the visit number, date, and department data on the ticket
- Determining the live queue and registered visitors
- Prioritizing registered visitors during the queue
- The possibility of cyclic redirection through the operator, registrar or a desk in another department
